Einde is a solicitor who has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, employers’ liability and health and safety at work. From an employment law perspective this includes advisory work on contentious and non-contentious issues as well as representation of employers and employees in employment disputes such as unfair dismissal, trade disputes, equality and discrimination claims. He advises on a broad range of contentious issues such as: discrimination, bullying and harassment, pay issues, working time issues, stress at work, wrongful and unfair dismissal, collective and individual redundancies and industrial relations. On the non-contentious side, he advises on all issues arising in connection with business acquisitions, transfer of undertakings and drafting of contracts and service agreements.
Einde also has vast experience in dealing with personal injury litigation both from a defence and a plaintiff’s perspective. He has advised Irish and international insurance companies in relation to all aspects of insurance litigation, including employers’ liability, public liability, product liability and motor claims. He also advises self-insured companies in relation to risk management practices and handling of claims.
