Corporate

We advise businesses, shareholders and management teams on corporate transactions, commercial agreements and company advisory matters, including business sales and purchases, share and asset transactions, mergers, restructurings and shareholder agreements.

Our approach is senior-led, commercially direct and focused on helping clients manage risk, protect value and complete transactions efficiently.

Our corporate experience

Led by Robin Hyde, Partner, our corporate team provides senior-led transactional and commercial advisory to founders, shareholders, owner-managed businesses, SMEs, investors and international advisers across Ireland.

We advise across the full corporate lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, group reorganisations, refinancing, shareholder arrangements, management incentive structures, pre-sale planning and commercial contracts.

Our recent work spans healthcare, professional services, fire and security, property development, logistics, retail, manufacturing, leisure and technology-enabled services. We are regularly instructed where legal advice needs to align with commercial timing, founder objectives, investor expectations and operational risk.

Our approach is practical and execution-focused. We identify the real decision points early, manage risk, maintain momentum and protect value throughout the transaction.

We also use secure digital workflows and carefully governed AI-enabled tools to support document review, diligence triage, information extraction and issue identification. These tools do not replace legal judgement. They enhance the speed, consistency and quality of our transactional work.

Our Experience Extends To:
